It is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator and has two private parking spaces in a closed and secure car park of the residence.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, the islets, but also of Fort de France, Lamentin, Ducos and Rivière Salée. The comfortable outdoor lounge can welcome you to enjoy a fresh juice or a ti’punch while enjoying the splendid view.
