The 120 m² Villa Corossol is located on the heights of the village of Anses d'Arlet in a quiet residential area, enjoying a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea. You will be surrounded by a very pretty tropical garden. This superb single-storey villa with its beautiful outdoor space has been tastefully decorated and will be the ideal home for your vacation!
The living space that is the terrace will delight everyone, because you can enjoy at the table this superb view that we never tire of on the Caribbean Sea. An outdoor lounge will allow you to relax and have your aperitifs with the famous Ti' Punch!
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso percolator coffee maker (ground coffee). It opens to the outside by a serving hatch also serving as a bar overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool. While cooking you will enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea.
The wooded outdoor area will allow you to lounge peacefully by the pool, out of sight in complete privacy.
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, with ceiling fans and high-end bedding for the well-being of travelers during their stay. It can accommodate 6 adults and 1 baby.
The first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm), with plenty of storage space and its private bathroom with toilet. This opens directly onto the terrace. It has a safe.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) with a wardrobe and an office space.
The third bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm) with wardrobe and a sink.
A second bathroom with Italian shower with toilet is shared.
After your days of sightseeing, you can relax in the swimming pool where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets. Near the swimming pool you will find a shower and a toilet. You will also have at your disposal a charcoal barbecue as well as a gas plancha.
In a room adjoining the villa, you will find the laundry area (washing machine, ironing board, iron) but also a cooler, food processor, board games ...
You can park your vehicles for free in the street in front of the villa and you can put a vehicle in the property.

But you will also enjoy the small covered market as well as the restaurants located on the beach.
