The Villa Ty Natur of 241 m² with a terrace of 73 m² and a deck of 63 m², is a true haven of peace in a beautiful green setting located in a private and quiet upscale development in Trois Ilets, offering you a very lovely view of the Caribbean Sea and the Islets. This spacious upscale villa is tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture made of exotic wood. It is composed of 5 rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
You will be able to enjoy the superb outdoor space, to have your meals while benefiting from the superb sea view but also a lovely view of the magnificent tropical garden giving Villa Ty Natur this relaxing and zen side. But also to relax after a beach day or visit on the sunbeds under the pergola or around the pool or to enjoy a fresh juice or a ti' punch in the outdoor lounge. You will also be able to enjoy a lovely basin with fish, Japanese carp (koi carp).
You will find a vast living room of 40 m2 equipped with a television with cable channels and a workspace. This opens onto the immense terrace.
The American kitchen is fully equipped, it includes an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a wine cellar, a filter coffee maker, an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster.
You will also have at your disposal in the garage a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.

You will have a supermarket a few hundred metres from the villa and less than 5 minutes by car from various small shops.
The maritime shuttle will allow you to travel to Fort de France from the Bourg des Trois Ilets. You will also be 1 km from the Golf des Trois Ilets and 17 km from the airport.
